About Me

My path into design didn't begin in a design studio—it began by solving real-world problems.

After studying Management Information Systems at Drexel University, I discovered UX while redesigning a mobile website for an international client. What started as curiosity about Figma quickly grew into a passion for understanding how thoughtful design can shape the way people experience products.

That perspective became even stronger when my family opened Heng Seng Noodles, New Jersey's first Cambodian restaurant. I had the opportunity to design everything from the brand identity and restaurant atmosphere to the website, menu, and overall customer experience. Building a business from the ground up taught me that great design extends beyond digital interfaces—it's about understanding people, reducing friction, and creating experiences that feel intuitive from beginning to end.

Today, I continue to apply that mindset to every project. I enjoy combining research, visual design, business thinking, and rapid iteration to create products that are both useful and approachable. Whether I'm improving a mobile app, designing a service, or exploring new ideas with AI, I'm always looking for ways to solve meaningful problems.

Outside of design, you'll usually find me traveling, discovering new coffee shops, or planning my next trip. Experiencing different cultures has strengthened my curiosity and empathy—qualities that continue to shape how I approach design.
